Sounds silly, but this is exactly what it was like when I got my family into herbal medicine ๐ŸŒฑ Recovering lost knowledge is important and beautiful! Thank you for making this comic <3 I hope to see more of Pippa and Kitty they're so precious ^_^

Ooh it's interesting to know that you went through similar thing. :o And yes yes I agree! I believe there are so many wonderful and precious knowledge that are lost in time, and it would be great if those can be brought back to life! Especially when they can help better our life in such simple and straightforward manners.

Aaa I'm so grateful to hear that you're loving Pippa and Kitty, I hope to bring them back with more fun stories in the future! ^^

Thank you very much for reading! <3

Hmm, I am interested in the worldbuilding here.

[SPOILER WARNING I GUESS, I really don't think this is necessary]

So basically, froot box has a monopoly on fruit trees, and they are somehow a secret from all society. Only a few select people in the company know about fruit trees, which would explain why no one notices the fruit tree growing right to the side, they just dismiss it as a normal tree! Quite cool!

The tree grows and eventually gives fruit, either people recognize the fruit but are too scared to try or they don't recognize it (implying froot box sells them in a different, processed look)

Then, with the Revolution of the Cherry, the company realizes it and destroys that tree, but the damage is already done. Two things could happen: People plant in their backyards and share seeds secretly for years to come! (or) People boycott the company and it goes in shambles, destroying the monopoly and allowing more people to sell and share fruits!

One thing I find very cool is the fact Pippa's trees grow in but a mere year! She really did study hard, a genius! She decreased the time in 5-10 times depending on the species of cherry tree!

PS: I think this is the origin of Kitty, the dog :D (Konayachi's icon)

Waaah!! This comment is very thorough; I love you theorising the possibility of the shop origins and how the citizen of the town would behave... That gives me a lot of thought!! :O What started as a silly, head-empty comic for me seems to have the potential to more expansive world-building. It's really interesting!! Pippa is a genius indeed, a simple-minded one hahaha.

I've actually pondered to remaster Pippa the Witchy into a VN at some point, but because I somehow grow to enjoy VN devving, any further remastering won't really be in comic medium (unless I feel like so). I think it would be so cute, but developing more story from this base would take me more time, I'm a bit coward in writing fantasy haha >_>;; but I love Pippa a lot, I'll definitely want her to have her own story one day.

Thank you very much for reading and your detailed comments!! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’
